webPDC is a user friendly software for generation and analysis of PDCs obtained using association schemes of Partially Balanced Incomplete Block (PBIB) designs. This software is useful for breeders to a considerable extent for generation and analysis of PDC plans. This software implements various procedures required for generation and analysis of PDCs. Web services for generation and analysis of PDCs are also provided that can be utilized by other applications.
